I have P3D v3.4 but this version uses the same structure as v4. I have Lordy's utility (v0.99) and have most of the FlightBeam and FSDT scenery packages. I have just run the utility to generate a scenery.cfg from both the existing scenery.cfg and the two add-ons.cfg.
